Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the York Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing pursuant to §302 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code to review and take public comment on a proposed York Township and Spring Garden Township Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan at the York Township Municipal Building, 190 Oak Road, Dallastown, PA at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Copies of the proposed plan are available for public review via the Township’s website www.yorktownshippa.gov and at the municipal office during regular business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and offer comments. Written comments can be submitted in advance to the York Township Office. The York Township Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan after conclusion of the public hearing no later than sixty (60) days from this notice.
