Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G) ___________________________ Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an ordinance of the Village Council of Thurston Village of Fairfield County, Ohio, on the 16th day of June 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the Village of Thurston at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting, on Tuesday, the 4th day of November 2025, the question of “Shall the Village of Thurston have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the village, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?” The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
