NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Premises: 19 Norman Drive, Framingham, MA 01701
By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Michael R. Greenough to Fleet National Bank, and now held by Bank of America, N.A. s/b/m Fleet National Bank, said mortgage dated October 15, 2003 and filed in the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No.: 1304096 and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 267188, for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on November 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN FRAMINGHAM IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX AND COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
SOUTHERLY BY NORMAN DRIVE, NINETY FEET;
WESTERLY BY LOT 107A AS SHOWN ON PLAN HEREINAFTER MENTIONED, ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE FEET;
NORTHERLY BY PARCEL 123 ON SAID PLAN, NINETY-THREE AND 17/100 FEET
EASTERLY BY LOT 109A ON SAID PLAN, ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE FEET.
SAID PARCEL IS SHOWN AS LOT 108A ON SAID PLAN, (PLAN NO. 3225G).
ALL OF SAID BOUNDARIES ARE DETERMINED BY THE COURT TO BE LOCATED AS SHOWN ON A SUBDIVISION PLAN, AS APPROVED BY THE COURT, FILED IN THE LAND REGISTRATION OFFICE, A COPY OF WHICH IS FILED IN THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS FOR THE SOUTH REGISTRY DISTRICT OF MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN REGISTRAITON BOOK 571, PAGE 38, WITH CTF 88188.

For Mortgagor’s Title see deed dated May 15, 1996 and registered with the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No.: 1002780 and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 205088.
TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
Said mortgage is subject to a certain mortgage given by Michael Greenough to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, dated March 20, 2003 and registered in the Middlesex County (Southern District) Registry District of the Land Court as Document No.: 1261531 and noted on Certificate of Title No.: 267188.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
