NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing, as provided by law, will be held by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks, to consider and decide the following matter:   AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ADJUSTING AND SETTING RATES AND FEES OF THE CITY WATER DIVISION (UNCODIFIED) AND AMENDING THOUSAND OAKS MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 10 UTILITIES CHAPTER 2 WATER; and   AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ADJUSTING AND SETTING RATES AND FEES OF THE CITY WASTEWATER DIVISION (UNCODIFIED) AND AMENDING THOUSAND OAKS MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 10 UTILITIES CHAPTER 1 WASTEWATER   This Public Hearing is scheduled to be heard by City Council on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Andrew P. Fox City Council Chambers, City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California 91362. Any person is privileged to attend and be heard on this matter.
