The Palm Beach County Planning, Zoning and Building Department, hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located northeast of the intersection of Vista Parkway and Okeechobee Boulevard. Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along and west of Florida's Turnpike canal from a point approximately 2,500 feet north of Okeechobee Boulevard to a point approximately 3,000 feet north of Okeechobee Boulevard. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall narrow within the area of revision.
