The Uxbridge Planning Board will hold the following Public Hearing/Meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall at 21 South Main Street, Uxbridge, MA 01569.
Definitive Subdivision Application – Stoney Acres Way – 374 Hazel Street:
On behalf of the applicant ZPB-2020-027, LLC, Fuss & O’Neil has prepared the Definitive Subdivision filing for property located at 374 Hazel Street. The proposal is for a 2-lot subdivision with private way. The 29.38 acre site currently has a home with a well and septic system, and the proposed private way will provide access for one additional lot in compliance with the current zoning regulations for the agricultural zoning district. The owner of the property is Glen & Adonica Racicot. The property is located at 374 Hazel Street and on Assessor’s Map 23, Parcel 1137. The title to said land is recorded in the Worcester District Registry of Deeds in Book 49791, page 11.
