LEGAL NOTICE   NEW JERSEY SCHOOL NUTRITION PROGRAMS   Commercial Vendor Registration for School Year 2026 - 2027   Notice is hereby given to interested Commercial Vendors that registration forms are now available for the 2026-2027 school year in order to enter into contracts for the provision of school meals in the State of New Jersey. All meals must meet USDA meal pattern requirements. The following documents are required for registration: (1) Commercial Vendor Registration Form, (2) New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, (3) Current Wholesale Food-Cosmetic License, (4) Current Satisfactory Health and Sanitation Certificate, and (5) Commercial Vendor Questionnaire. Failure to submit the required registration documents by the January 9, 2026 deadline will result in the inability of the Commercial Vendor to execute contracts with school districts participating in the federally funded School Nutrition Programs for the 2026-2027 school year.   Interested parties should contact the Division of Food and Nutrition at DFNContracts@ag.nj.gov by December 1, 2025 to receive registration materials. 10/22, 10/23, 10/24/2025 ($57.33)
