PUBLIC NOTICE
MOON TOWNSHIP
At its regular meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Moon Township Municipal Building, 1000 Beaver Grade Road, Moon Township, PA 15108, the Moon Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on the conditional use application filed by the Moon Area School District (MASD) for a deviation from Section 27-308.1.A.1 of Chapter 27 of the Moon Township Code of Ordinances, Zoning pertaining to the building façade requirements within the University Boulevard Overlay District on certain property owned by the Moon Area School District currently designated as Allegheny County Block/Lot No. 698-R-324.
A copy of the application and related materials is on file and may be examined at the Moon Township Municipal Building, address listed above, during the hours of: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesday; and 8:00 AM to Noon on Friday. The public is invited to attend the hearing and offer comments. A decision on the application may be rendered at the conclusion of the public hearing.
