NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION Clayton, Delaware Public Hearing and 30-Day Written Comment Period   Notice is hereby given that the Town Council, for the Town of Clayton Delaware, will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed annexation of certain real property located on Dickerson Street with a parcel # DC-00-01807-01-1600-000, currently located in Kent County, Delaware, and proposed to be incorporated into the municipal boundaries of the Town of Clayton.   Written comments will be accepted until December 8, 2025 and a public hearing will be held on January 12, 2026.
