October 23rd, 2025 Advertisement for Bids FOR LEASE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES   Sealed bids will be received by the Iberville Parish School Board, 58060 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70764, until 2:00 p.m. November 24th, 2025, for a five (5) year lease beginning on December 15th, 2025, and ending on December 14th, 2030, for a lease for agricultural purposes only.   Complete bid documents, including the Bid Specifications/Instructions and Bid Proposal Form, may be obtained from the Iberville Parish School Board, 58060 Plaquemine Street, Plaquemine, Louisiana 70764.   Prior to signing any lease, the successful bidder will be required to furnish the certificates of insurance and copies of insurance policies as specified in the bid documents and Lease Contract.   The bid will be awarded in accordance with La. R.S. 17:87. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information incidental thereto.   The bid will be subject to a minimum bid of $500.00 per acre. Louis M.
