NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission of the City of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, will conduct a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on November 17, 2025, in Meeting Room A of the City-County Government Center, 160 South Macy Street, for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed changes to Chapter 720, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fond du Lac. The purpose of the zoning code amendment is to update regulations pertaining to Residential Districts to reflect recommendations from the Housing Study and Strategic Plan. The proposed zoning code amendment affects: Schedule II, Land Uses or Activities, Residential Districts Schedule III, Bulk Requirements, Residential Districts Section 720-33 Single-family condominium dwellings in R-1 District Section 720-34 (or alternately numbered section) creating new language for multifamily development, up to 4 units, in the R-2 District when adjacent to R-3 District, R-4 District or Commercial Districts The meeting agenda for the Plan Commission can be accessed on the Calendar tab on the home page of the City's website; www.fdl.wi.gov.
