ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing the 2026 Roadway Resurfacing, Bid No. 2026-08 for the City of Ormond Beach, Florida, will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Ormond Beach, Florida, until January 5th, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room located in the breezeway between City Hall and the Public Library. Bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened.
The work consists of: Resurfacing approximately 2.3 miles of streets in various locations of the City, including: milling, adjusting manholes and valves to grade, thermoplastic striping, and concrete curb & gutter replacement. The work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual. The project Drawings, Specifications and related Bidding documents are available on-line at www.demandstar.com, or by calling DemandStar at (206) 940-0305. If you have difficulty obtaining these documents, please contact the City's purchasing office at (386) 610-0470.
A pre-bid conference to discuss the details and requirements of the contract will be held on December 17th, 2025 at 2:00 PM, in the Training Room at City Hall. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for submitting questions is December 23rd, 2025 at 4:00pm.
