App. §501 et seq.: IC Federal Credit Union claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real property in MA, known and numbered as, 289 Redemption Rock Trail N., Princeton, Worcester County, Massachusetts given by Patricia G. Junell a/k/a Patricia O. Junell to IC Federal Credit Union, dated: 8/1/18, and recorded in Worcester County District Registry of Deeds, in Book 59217, Page 214 has/have filed with this court a Complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemember status.
If you now are, or recently have been, in active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at _Worcester Superior Court on or before 11/28/25 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
