96 West Central Street LEGAL NOTICE Natick Historic District Commission Notice of public hearing for the property at 96 West Central Street (Assessor Map 42, Lot4)   On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 7:00 pm, the Natick Historic District Commission will hold a hybrid meeting in the Edward H. Dlott Meeting Room located at 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA (in-person participation) and virtually via Zoom (remote participation) to review the application for a Certificate of Appropriateness filed by Philip Kapitan.
