Robertson, Deceased; David L. Robertson Sr., Deceased; The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Erik Robertson; Michael Helmling; Steven Helmling; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Janice M. Robertson, Deceased; Estate of Janice M. Robertson, Deceased; Brandon Lee Robertson; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of David Lee Roberston Jr., Deceased Heir of Janice M. Robertson, Deceased; Estate of David Lee Roberston Jr., Deceased Heir of Janice M. Robertson, Deceased were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
