TOWN OF HOT SPRINGS
In accordance with NCGS 160D-601, the Town of Hot Springs Board of Aldermen will hold the following Public Hearing on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Hot Springs Community Center located at 43 Andrews Avenue North, Hot Springs NC 28743:
1. A Proposed Text Amendment to the Hot Springs Zoning Ordinance, ZTA-2025-02 to align with the Hot Springs Comprehensive Plan’s goals, objectives, and strategies.
The proposed ordinance language is available for review at the Hot Springs Town Hall offices now located at the Hot Springs Community Center at 43 Andrews Avenue North, Hot Springs NC 28743 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (closed 1:30-2:30 for lunch).
