In accordance with the Town of Holliston Zoning By-Laws Section III (F)(2) and MGL, c. 40A, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing via remote participation at 7:02 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Special Permit application by Mederi, Inc. (Applicant) for a Marijuana Delivery Establishment under the provisions of Section III, Industrial Use G (4). The locus is 44 Boyton Road, Assessors Map 1, Block 55.1, Lot 1 within the Industrial zoning district. The site is owned by JAT, LLC.
