PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Brunswick County, Virginia is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Erosion and Sediment Control Professional Engineering Services. The selected firm will assist with Erosion and Sediment Control inspection and reporting of land-disturbing services related to the development of photovoltaic solar power generation facilities in the County, according to the requirements of the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Regulations for the County of Brunswick. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP), including detailed scope of work and submission requirements, may be obtained from the Brunswick County Planning Office, 228 North Main Street, Lawrenceville, VA 23868, or by visiting the County’s website at www.brunswickco.com Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025, at which time they will be officially recorded.
