Northeast Wisconsin Technical College District Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes Thursday, September 18, 2025 12:00 p.m. NWTC Marinette Campus – Boardroom 1601 University Ave. Marinette, WI 54143 The Board Chairperson called the September 18, 2025, NWTC Board of Trustees meeting to order and request that roll call be taken at this time. (12:06 p.m.) Present: Richard Stadelman, Gerald Worrick, Kelly Robinson, Ross Loining, Jeff Rickaby, Emily Miller, Cathy Dworak, Dustin Delsman Excused: Brenda Mendolla-Buckley Jeff Rickaby moved to approve the August 2025 Bills. Motion seconded by Gerald Worrick. Motion carried with all voting "Aye" on roll call vote. Jeff Rickaby made a motion to approve the North Coast Marine Manufacturing Training Center Sewer Line Replacement project. Cathy Dworak seconded the motion. Motion carried with all voting "Aye" on roll call. Jeff Rickaby made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Role Policy. Emily Miller seconded the motion. Motion carried with all voting "Aye" on roll call. Cathy Dworak made a motion to approve the August 20, 2025 minutes; the faculty retirements of Valerie Dantoin, Tim Powers, Amy Janssen, and Linda Pristelski; and the FY26 Contracts. Ross Loining seconded the motion. Motion carried with all voting "Aye" on voice vote. Dustin Delsman moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:17 p.m. on September 18, 2025. Motion seconded by Emily Miller. Motion carried with all voting "Aye" on voice vote.
