Laurel, New Jersey 08054, telephone (609) 397-9200, an Answer to the Complaint in Commercial Mortgage Foreclosure filed in a civil action, in which First Commonwealth Bank, successor by merger to Centric Bank is a Plaintiff and Samuel P. Vranicar, Individually, as Guarantor and as Authorized Member is a defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after November 3, 2025, the date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625 in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
