NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VALUATION In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code §5715.17, notice is hereby given that the real estate valuations and assessments in Wayne County for tax year 2025 have been revised and completed. New values are open for public inspection in the Wayne County Auditor's office, located at 428 W Liberty St, Wooster, Ohio 44691. Complaints against any valuation or assessment will be heard by the Wayne County Board of Revision, except for valuations fixed and assessments made by the Department of Taxation.
