Bleck Family Living Trust, for a Variance, from Section IV-A of the Zoning By-Law, and such other relief necessary to raze and reconstruct a pre-existing nonconforming, single-story garage with a new single-story garage, while maintaining the nonconforming rear setback (.1 feet from the setback where 15’ is required) and the side setback (4.6’ where 15’ is required), at 357 Main Street in Residence District A.
