NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Milford will conduct a Public Hearing on the following petitions on November 13, 2025, in Room 3, at the Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA at the time indicated:
1. At 6:00 P.M.General Business.
2. At 6:05 P.M.On the continued application of Hilma Cartagena, 12 West St., Milford, MA for Special Permit relief pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land located on the southerly side of West Street in Milford, shown on Assessors Sheet 48 as Lot 348 and known and numbered as 12 West Street. Special Permit relief is sought in order to permit the applicant to keep chickens on the subject lot as Residential Animals within the meaning of the Zoning By-Law.
3. At 6:10 P.M. On the application of Lori Frederick, 10 Cormier Circle, Milford, MA for Variance relief pursuant to Section 2.5 of the Zoning By-Law in relation to a parcel of land located on the southerly side of Cormier Circle in Milford, shown on Assessors Sheet 14, Block 113 as Lot 6 and known and numbered as 10 Cormier Circle. Variance relief is sought in order to permit the construction of a 40’ x 24’ addition on the westerly side of the existing dwelling on the property and closer to lot lines than otherwise permitted.
4. At 6:15 P.M. On the continued application of Limited Dividend Affiliate of WP East Acquisitions, LLC., 1 Hartwell Place, 3rd Fl., Suite 300, Lexington, MA 02421 for a Comprehensive Permit pursuant to General Laws Chapter 40B in relation to a 7.89 acre, more or less, parcel of land located on the northerly side of East main Street, and known and numbered as 190 East Main Street in Milford. The Petitioner proposes to develop and construct a 200-unit residential complex in four (4) – four story residential buildings and related structures which buildings will include a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The development will contain the requisite number of low-moderate income units. A Project Eligibility Letter was issued by the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency in relation to the site on September 5, 2024.
Copies of the above petitions and diagrams of the proposals to which they relate are on file with the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA and are available for public inspection. In addition, the application and related documents are on the Towns website. Persons interested in said petition are invited to review same and express their views thereon at the above-scheduled hearing.
