LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TRANSFER OF LIQUOR LICENSE COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that the Coolbaugh Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal Building, 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania 18466. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and possibly approve the application and request of Shree Lakshmi Krupa, LLC for the approval of an intermunicipal transfer of Liquor License No. R-7807 into Coolbaugh Township at 527 Main Street, Tobyhanna, Township of Coolbaugh, Pennsylvania 18466. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments, recommendations and concerns of the public relating to the applicant's intent to transfer the liquor license into Coolbaugh Township and other relevant issues with regard to the proposed intermunicipal transfer of the license. The Board of Supervisors may adopt a resolution approving the liquor license transfer at the above-referenced public hearing. All interested parties are invited to attend the above-referenced public hearing.
