NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, G. Steven Koltzenburg, Defendant, this case has been commenced in this Court against you and others, asking for foreclosure of the Mortgage held by the Plaintiff on the property located at 9555 350th Street, Colchester, IL 62326, more particularly described as:
Lot Eight (8) of the West end of the South one-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), in Township Five (5) North of the Base Line, Range Four (4) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, situated in the County of McDonough, in the State of Illinois, excepting therefrom that parcel conveyed and dedicated to the County of McDonough, in the State of Illinois by Dedication dated February 16, 1953 conveying the following described real estate: From a stone at the center of Section 15, township and range aforesaid, running thence North 22.0 feet to the point of beginning, and from the point of beginning running thence North along the North and South Quarter line of Section 15, 1298.0 feet to the North line of Lot 8; Thence East 33.0 feet; thence South 3 degrees 35 minutes East 337.3 feet; thence South 2 degrees 24 minutes west 393.9 feet; thence South 0 degrees 31 minutes East 567.9 feet; thence West 42.8 feet to the point of beginning, said exception containing 1.28 acres more or less, situated in the County of McDonough, in the State of Illinois.
