Sealed Bids for the water and wastewater process treatment chemicals will be received by the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility (EWSU), Evansville, Indiana at the Sunrise Pump Station, located at 1200 Waterworks Road, Evansville, Indiana 47708, until 3:00 p.m., local time, on November 25th, 2025. Alternatively, bids may be mailed to the Water Filtration Plant, 1301 Waterworks Road, Evansville, IN 47713, ATTN: Rachael Jones, and must be delivered no later than 2:20 p.m., local time, the day of bid opening. Mailed bids must state “Water and Wastewater Process Treatment Chemicals Bid Enclosed”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the above time and date will be returned unopened. No conditional bids will be considered.

The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
The contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, 1 NW Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Evansville, Indiana 47708, and may be secured from the Utility by submitting a Project Access request form through https://ewsu.com/forms/project-access.
