MORRIS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS
NOTICE REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF
TIMELY POSTMARKED MAIL-IN BALLOTS
AND VOTED PROVISIONAL BALLOTS
GENERAL ELECTION – NOVEMBER 4, 2025
The Morris County Board of Elections Administrator, Dale A. Kramer, wishes to inform you that the Board of Elections will have the November 4th General Election Timely Postmarked Mail-In Ballots and Voted Provisional Ballots available for review ONLY by Authorized Challengers at 10 Court Street, Morristown NJ 07960.
If you wish to review specific Mail-In Ballots, please contact the Morris County Board of Elections at 973-285-6715 at least 24 hours prior to Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a Challenge Form. Stripping of the certification from the non-challenged ballots will commence Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The hearing on Mail-In Ballot challenges will occur at the Board Meeting on November 12, 2025.
