By Virtue of Writ of Commission to Sell to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
A TRACT OF LAND FACING EAST 100 FEET ON THE FOUR FORKS ROAD IN THE SE QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 14, RANGE 16 WEST OF CADDO PARISH, THAT IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
FROM THE SE CORNER OF SAID SECTION 3 RUN WEST 95 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHTOF-WAY LINE OF THE FOUR FORKS ROAD AND NORTH ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 130 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE TRACT HEREIN CONVEYED; THENCE WEST 300 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 300 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE FOUR FORKS ROAD; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID ROAD TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
