In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2025, upon the application of CANTIUM, LLC. At such hearing the Department of Conservation and Energy will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 4,400' Zone, Reservoir AB, in the Bay Marchand Block 2 Field, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. 1. To ratify and confirm the provisions of the BM2 4400 RAB Voluntary Unit Agreement effective July 9, 2025 shall remain in full force and effect. 2. To approve Cantium's program of secondary recovery by the injection of water, and establish a reservoir or unit allowable. 3. To designate the SL 1367 No. 60 STK (WSN 228172) and SL 1367 No. 64-D (WSN 241383) as unit wells for the BM2 4400 RAB VU. 4. To designate Cantium, LLC as the operator of the BM2 4400 RAB VU. 5. To adopt the secondary recovery agreement which authorizes Cantium to inject water into the 4,400' Zone, Reservoir AB. 6. That in order to provide greater flexibility for the location of additional wells which may be drilled to, completed in or recompleted in the 4,400' Zone, Reservoir AB, the proposed unit should be exempt from the spacing provisions of Statewide Order No. 29-E. 7. To provide for future reclassification of the reservoir without the necessity of a public hearing if such reclassification becomes necessary due to a change in production characteristics. 8. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent. The 4,400' Zone, Reservoir AB is hereby defined as being that oil and gas bearing sand encountered between the measured depths of 5,650' and 5,684' in the Gamma Ray Resistivity Log dated August 18, 2013, from the Cantium (formerly Chevron USA, Inc.)-SL 1367 No. H-12 Well, Sidetrack Hole, (WSN 51728).
