NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION
In accordance with Iowa Code Section 447.9 you are hereby notified that:
1. The property described in paragraph 2 of this Notice was sold at tax sale on
the 19th day of June 2023. The purchaser at tax sale was CYCLONE ASSETS WITH UNION BANK AS SECURED PARTY.
2. The legal description of the property sold is:
UNIT 37 PARK VIEW PLACE, A HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME PURSUANT TO IOWA CODE CHAPTER 499B, AND LOCATED ON LOT 30 OF THE REPLAT OF PARK VIEW CROSSING PLAT 2, AN OFFICIAL PLAT IN THE CITY OF WAUKEE, DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE GENERAL COMMON AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SUCH UNIT, AS SET FORTH IN DECLARATION OF SUBMISSION OF PROPERTY TO HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME FOR PARK VIEW PLACE RECORDED IN BOOK 2003 PAGE 21089, AS AMENDED, AND WITH ANY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTS APPURTENANT TO SUCH UNIT PURSUANT TO SAID HORIZONTAL PROPERTY REGIME a/k/a PARCEL # 1604114037
3. That your right of redemption as set forth in the Iowa Code will expire unless redemption of
the property is made within 90 days from the date of completed service of this Notice.
