By virtue of an Alias Writ of Execution to me directed, issued out of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Somerset County, Docket F-13442-22,
I will sell at public sale on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM Prevailing Time, on the steps of the Somerset County Court House, 20 N Bridge St, Somerville, NJ 08876, the following property:
116-120 Sycamore Ave, North Plainfield, NJ
The estimated upset amount for the scheduled sheriff sale is $193,000.00.
The upset price is not the same as a payoff for judgment redemption amount. The property to be sold is located in North Plainfield, Somerset County, New Jersey, commonly known as 116-120 Sycamore Avenue, Block 143, Lot 21.

Nearest cross street: approx.. 126’ to Mercer Avenue
The Master reserves the right to adjourn this sale without further notice through publication. Property is occupied by unknown. Subject to open tax quarters and unpaid municipal charges due and owing to the Borough of North Plainfield: $44,200.00 as of September 17, 2025.
Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person’s claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Special Master or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.

Notice to the public: At the time of the sale, twenty percent of the amount bid will be required as a deposit, by the purchaser, by certified, treasurer’s, or cashier’s check only. The balance is due two weeks from the date of sale, by certified, treasurer’s, or cashier’s check only.
The Special Master will not permit bidding under Community Wealth Preservation Act based upon the decision in Atlantic County Sheriff v. State of New Jersey, MER-C-94-24.
