REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting proposals for Professional Services for Tybee Islands New Fire Station Design. PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2025 to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, December 1, at 2:00pm in the Tybee Island City Hall Conference Room (403 Butler Ave). The Request for Proposal, and all corresponding documents, can be found on and downloaded from the City’s website: http://www.cityoftybee.org Direct all questions in writing to Peter Gulbronson at peter.gulbronson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
