PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Official Ordinance No. 80-2005, known and cited as the revised Zoning Ordinance of the City of Erie, that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM in City Council Chambers, 626 State Street, Erie, PA.
A request for Waterfront Conditional Use submitted by McErie Partners LP, for construction of Multiple-family dwellings, consisting of two three-story buildings totaling 30 units; located on 9 consolidated vacant lots from Front Street to Short Street on Myrtle Street East on Short Street as 263 West Front Street, Erie Pa. located in a W-R Waterfront Residential district.
A request to re-zone parcel tax id. Number 18-053-0020-30300 from R-1 to C-2, a property located adjacent to 4125 Peach Street (C-2) to consolidate the two lots to form a single commercial parcel zoned C-2.
Public Notice is further given that the data, maps, etc., in conjunction with the proposed projects, is available at the Planning and Neighborhood Resources Office, 626 State Street Room 407, Erie, PA during regular office hours.
