TOWN OF LELAND, NC
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Leland will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter at Fire Station 51, located at 1984 Popular Street, Leland, NC to consider a zoning map amendment described as follows:
To rezone Brunswick County Tax Parcel IDs 029GC011 and 029GC01102 from C-1, General Commercial Business District to R-15, Medium Density Residential District. The subject parcel is East of Hickory Nut Lane and West of Sue Circle.
The Public is encouraged to attend and participate in the public hearing. Written comments may be received up to 24 hours prior to the public hearing date.
