In general, the major work items include: The repair of concrete and structure on the Reno Transportation Rail Access Corridor (ReTRAC) trench walls. This project will require close coordination with the Union Pacific Railroad and Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (J Resort). A mandatory site walk will be held on Tuesday November 18th at 10:00AM. Bidders are to meet at the Reno Amtrak Station, 280 University Way, Reno, NV, 89501. Full PPE is required to attend, which includes an orange safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and safety-toed boots. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
