PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BANKING INSTITUTIONS: The Terrebonne Parish Library System, a component unit of the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, will accept sealed bids from qualified banking institutions to serve as Fiscal Agent for the Library’s public funds in accordance with Louisiana R.S. 39:1211–1225. The Library maintains one general operating account for accounts payable; no direct payroll or investment management is required under this contract. All Library funds are pledged and collateralized separately from the Parish. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Finance Manager, Terrebonne Parish Library System, 151 Library Drive, Houma, LA 70360.
