All parties are hereby advised that the property involved in the above captioned matter located at 1220 Kevrob Drive, Zanesville, OH 43701 has been set for sale on December 4, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at https://muskingum.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov. Sheriff’s Appraisal is $150,000.00, and by statute, the property must be sold for not less than two-thirds of that amount.
Pursuant to R.C. 2329.52 (B), if the property is not sold on December 4, 2025, then a second sheriff sale auction will be held on December 18, 2025 at https://muskingum.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov at 10:00 AM. If the second sheriff sale auction is held on December 18, 2025, then at that second sheriff sale auction, the property shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirements, but subject to the requirements of R.C. 2329.21.
