Under and by virtue of a Judgment of the District Court of Cleveland County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled “Cleveland County, North Carolina vs. EULA D. FOWLER (deceased) assignees, heirs at law, devisees, and any and all unknown heirs and other persons claiming any interest in the estate of EULA D. FOWLER (deceased) and her creditors and lienholders, regardless of how or through whom they claim (Owner), and DAPHNE FOWLER (heir), the undersigned commissioner will offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, as follows:
at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November 2025

the following described real property lying and being in the State and County aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel number 21352, Map S66, Block 1, Lot 22, located at 1202 Frederick Street, Shelby, NC.
The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled case. A cash deposit of five (5) percent of the successful bid will be required.
