Gersen dated April 10, 2014 and recorded in the Portsmouth Land Evidence Records at Book 1650, Page 44, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Said Land Evidence Records in Book 2143, Page 80, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on November 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the premises, by virtue of the power of sale contained in the mortgage, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
The property will be sold subject to the redemption rights in favor of the Internal Revenue Service by virtue of Notice of Federal Tax Lien recorded in Portsmouth Land Evidence Records in Book 1780 Page 266, Book 1922 Page 155, and Book 2124 Page 279.
