ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In accordance with the Town of Holliston Zoning By-Laws and MGL, c. 40A, the Board will hold public hearings beginning at 6:02 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 via remote participation to hear the following petitions:
Special Permit petition of Madison Colantonio (Applicant) to allow year-round outdoor market operations and community-based events. The owner is 13-23 Water Street Realty Trust, LLC. The locus is 13-23 Water Street (Holliston Farmers Market) in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Holliston Industrial LLC (Applicant/Owner) for relief under Section III (D)(7) to allow a General Service establishment in a 3,000 s.f. unit of a multi-tenant building. The locus is 1625 Washington Street in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
After-the-fact Special Permit petition of Alicia Silva (Applicant) for relief under Section I-C (3.5.1)(3) for additional voluntary demolition to an existing non-conforming single-family dwelling. The owner is 1172 Washington Street Holliston, LLC. The locus is 1172 Washington Street in the Agricultural-Residential B (AR-2) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Seth Holden (Applicant/Owner) for relief under Section I-C (3.5.1)(3) to raise the structure and rebuild on the existing foundation due to extensive fire damage. The locus is 22 Mechanic Street in the Village-Residential (VR) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Ray & Teresa Costello (Applicant/Owner) for relief under Section I-C (3.3) for an addition to a pre-existing non-conforming single-family dwelling exceeding 50% of the original gross floor area. The locus is 41 Westfield Drive in the Agricultural-Residential B (AR-2) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Goulding Street Estates (Applicant/Owner) to change a condition in the original Special Permit that limited occupancy to family members and non-paying guests. The locus is 120 A Goulding Street in the Agricultural-Residential (R-1) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Daniel Cowern (Applicant) for relief under Section I-C (3.3) to expand a pre-existing non-conforming single-family dwelling exceeding 50% of the original gross floor area. The owner is Geraldo Bastos. The locus is 1210 Highland Street in the Agricultural-Residential B (AR-2) zoning district.
Special Permit petition of Matthew Dellicker (Applicant/Owner) for relief under Section I-C (3.3) for an addition to an existing non-conforming single-family dwelling exceeding 50% of the original gross floor area. The locus is 100 Washington Street in the Industrial (I) zoning district.
