East Sandwich MA 02537 Phone 508.888.1054 Email: MRyan@Sandwich.k12.ma.us FY26 Flooring Services The Town of Sandwich School Facilities Department will receive sealed proposals for Classroom Flooring Replacement on November 24, 2025 at 11:30am at which time they will be publicly opened and read at Sandwich School Facilities District Office, 270 Quaker Meeting House Rd, E Sandwich MA 02537 The proposals shall include Flooring Services for 11 classrooms and a portion of 1 library.Proposals shall include cost to demo existing flooring, repair or replace sub flooring as well as to receive and store Mannington tile. The work shall include both installation and repair of various flooring products. The contractor shall be qualified and prepared to provide flooring services for the following products: 1. Classrooms shall receive LVT in 18”x18” squares manufactured by Mannington Commercial in Spacia Stone Color Julep SS5S260 custom 3mm thickness with Mannington Covebase in Charcoal 2. Carpet will be Mannington Commercial 24’x24’ carpet tile color and pattern TBD The work under this contract extends from Dec 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. The contract shall have two unilateral options to extend the contract.
