PUBLIC NOTICE
The DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will consider a Conditional Use Application at its regularly scheduled meeting on November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., to be held at the Community Meeting Room in the Doylestown Township Building located at 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA, 18901. The Board of Supervisors will consider the Application concerning 1850 Turk Road, TMP No. 09-017-012, located in the R-2 – Residential Zoning District.
The Applicants, Chirstopher and Elizabeth Baia, are seeking a conditional use approval pursuant to Section 175-103.4.B(2)(B) of the Doylestown Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a proposed driveway crossing within Zone Two of the Riparian Corridor Conservation District. The details for the proposed use can be found in the Application.
The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence from the Applicant and any interested parties and/or residents at the hearing regarding the application, public comment, and such other information on the application as comes before the Board.
The Application may be examined by any citizen at the Doylestown Township Building located at 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA, 18901, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Application can also be found on the Township’s website, at www.doylestownpa.org.
