CUTCHALL, ET ALS., are Defendants, writ of execution for the sale of mortgaged premises dated 09/02/2025.

THE SHERIFF HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJOURN THIS SALE WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE THROUGH PUBLICATION
The estimated upset amount for the scheduled sheriff sale is currently $625,844.11.
The upset price is not the same as a payoff or judgment redemption amount.
The property is vacant.
SURPLUS MONEY: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
The approximate amount of the upset to be satisfied by said sale is the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIX DOLLARS AND EIGHTY SEVEN CENTS ($573,106.87) dollars more or less, plus interest together with the costs of this sale. THE UPSET AMOUNT MAY BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER ORDERS OF ADDITIONAL SUMS.
The subscriber reserves the right to adjourn said sale from time to time subject only to such limitations or restrictions upon the exercise of such power as may be specially provided by law or rules of the Court. Sold subject to conditions of sale.
Successful bidder must pay 20% of bid in cash (up to $1,000.00), certified check or official bank check at close of sale and the balance in two weeks.
