BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/25/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITHOUT appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
A certain piece or portion of ground, situated in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, as the Northernmost portion of Lot No. Eight (8) of Block No. Nine (9) of Addendum No. 3 to Marcel Place Subdivision being a subdivision of property located in Section 105, T17S, R17E, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, shown and designated on a plan thereof made by S. Allen Munson, C.E., dated June 7, 1948, recorded in COB 162, folio 288; said Northernmost portion of Lot Eight (8) Block Nine (9) measuring a frontage of Sixty-six and 83/100 (66.83') feet on the South side of Agnes Street by depth of seventy-six and 11/100 (76.11') feet on its West Lot line by depth of seventy-six and 06/100 (76.06') feet on its East lot line and measuring Sixty-six and 83/100 (66.83') feet across the rear said Lot being bounded on the North by Agnes Street, on the East by Lot Seven (7), Block Nine (9), on the West by Lot Nine (9), Block Nine (9) and on the South by the remaining portion of Lot Eight (8), Block Nine (9), all as shown on a plan thereof made by Douglas S. Talbot, C.E., dated May 17, 1966; together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TERMS CASH OR BANK OFFICIAL/CASHIERS CHECK sufficient to pay and satisfy the WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued in this case, say the sum of $93290.52, along
With interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including Sheriff’s Office cost and charges.
