BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 9/9/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Lot no. twenty-one (21) block seven (7) Breaux-Morrison Addition
A certain lot of ground located in Sections 37 and 38, T17S, R17E, located within the corporate limits of the City of Houma, Louisiana, and being better known as lot twenty-one (21) block seven (7) Breaux-Morrison Addition as per made T. Baker, C.E., of the Breaux-Morrison Addition to the City of Houma, Louisiana, under date of August 19, 1932, on file and of record in the clerk's office of the Parish of Terrebonne, Louisiana; said lot having a front of fifty (50') feet on the east side of Church Street, by depth of seventy-two (72') feet between equal and parallel lines and having a rear width of fifty (50') feet; said lot being bounded front or westerly by Church Street, northerly by Lot 1 and a portion of Lot 2, southerly by Lot 20 and easterly by Lot 4 all of Block 7 of Breaux-Morrison Addition, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana; together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
