BE IT KNOWN AND REMEMBERED,, That by Virtue of and in obedience to a WRIT OF AMENDED SEIZURE & SALE emanating from the above named Court in the above entitled and numbered suit and to me directed, this date of 8/28/25, I, TIMOTHY SOIGNET., SHERIFF, duly sworn and qualified in and for the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, have seized and will offer for sale at public auction WITH appraisal to the last and highest bidder, in the Court House Annex at the Goode Street Entrance located at the Northeast corner of the Court House Annex in the City of Houma, Louisiana, on 12/10/25. Between the hours of 10:00 O’Clock A. M. and 4:00 P. M., the following described property, to wit:
Property 1: fee simple, and title to the estate or interest in the land is at the Effective Date vested in PYRAMID PROPERTIES, INC. by deed from SUZANNE BIENVENU MUHLEISEN dated 01/13/2009 and recorded with TERREBONNE PARISH CLERK OF COURT on 01/14/2009 as Instrument #1313708 in Book 2134, Page 514.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Terrebonne, State of Louisiana, in PARK VIEW, a subdivision lying on the left descending bank of Bayou Terrebonne, and described upon a plan of said subdivision, made by T. Baker Smith, C.E., under the date of February 25, 1938, as Lot No. Eight (8) in Block No. Two (2); which said lot measures a width or frontage on William Street of Sixty feet, ten and one-half inches (60' X 10-1/2") and a depth of 110 feet 7-1/2 inches on the Northern line and a depth of 108 feet 3- 3/4 inches on the Southern line; together with all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

A certain contiguous lot of ground located in Section 105, Township 17 South, Range 18 East, situated in the Parish of Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, and being the Northernmost 33' of Lot 8 and the Southernmost 33' of Lot 9 of Block 4 of the Barrow Subdivision, as shown on the plan of the Barrow Subdivision made by T.
