Legal Notice The Sandusky County Park District Board of Commissioners shall accept bids for the rental of approximately 90 tillable acres of Park District owned farmland at Creek Bend Farm Park for the years 2026 through 2028. All bids are due Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at 1329 Tiffin Street, Fremont, OH 43420, inside the Rotary Lodge, where bids will be promptly and publicly opened and read aloud. Persons interested in submitting a bid proposal for the rental of this farmland may obtain a property description along with a map and information pertaining to the terms to be included in the rental agreement, at the Park District Office or online at www.lovemyparks.com. Bid proposals must be filed on bidding documents obtained from the Park District Office in a sealed envelope marked “Creek Bend Farm Park Farmland Bid”. Late bids will not be accepted. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any irregularities.
