Public Notice NOTICE INVITING INTERESTED CONTRACTORS FOR THE 2025 CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING (CUPCCA} PROGRAM INFORMAL BID LIST FOR VICTOR VALLEY UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT In accordance with the State of California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCA), the District is inviting all interested licensed contractors to submit their company information for inclusion to the District's Pre-Qualified Bidding Contractor list for construction projects under $220,000.00 during the 2025 calendar year. Per California Public Contract Code 22032, any Public Works Project that is estimated to be below $220,000.00 is subject to the informal Bidding Procedures set forth by the State of California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission. All trade categories are subject to Informal Bidding Contractor Procedures. Contractors interested in placement on the 2025 Informal Bidding Contractor's list are required to have a current contractor's license and are subject to verification through the Contractors State License Board. LETTER OF INTEREST FROM LICENSED CONTRACTOR Licensed contractors interested in placement on the District's 2025 Calendar year Informal Bidding Pre-Qualified Contractors List, must submit a "Letter of Interest". The letter must contain the contractor's name, address, phone, email, license number, DIR registration number, classification.
