APPLICATION OF SOLAR COLLECTIVE PROJECTS LLC
Pursuant to the Framingham Zoning Ordinances and MGL c.40A, §3 and Framingham Ordinance §525-20: Regulations Governing Applications for Site Plan Review for Dover Amendment Uses, the Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Blumer Community Room in the Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, AND/OR via remote conference, to consider: Minor Site Plan Review under the Dover Amendment (435-47, B.1.e), Major Site Plan Review for commercial ground mounted solar photovoltaic renewable energy installation (435-47. B.2.d), and any other permissions deemed necessary by the Board. The applicant proposes to install dual use agricultural solar arrays on a portion of the property. Zoning District: Single Family Residence (R-4). Parcel ID: 033/14/1194/000.
