NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Conference Room B, Room 301, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, on November 20, 2025 at 7:32 P.M. on the petition of Stoughton Commerce Center, LLC, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company, represented by HighPoint Engineering, Case # 3582MM, for a modification of the Special Permit previously granted in Case No. 3582M, under the Town of Stoughton Zoning By-Law of November 18, 2015, as amended, Section 3.1.4, Table of Use Regulations, Principle Uses, Section A Residential, Item #10 “Mixed-Use Building”, Section D Retail, Trade and Restaurant, Item #27, “Planned Business Development,” in order to amend the Amended Special Permit granted in ZBA Case # 3582M issued on March 15, 2018, which allowed for a Planned Business Development with 61, 000 gross square feet of commercial development. Approximately 22,200 gross square feet has been constructed, leaving 38,800 square feet available. The applicant proposes to construct a two-story mixed-use building consisting of 38,800 gross square feet of a multi-family residential use and 10,000 gross square feet of commercial use. The applicant requests an additional 10,000 gross square feet of floor area associated with the residential portion of the mixed-use building, as shown on the site plans submitted with the application, located at 1516-1540 Turnpike Street, (Further identified on Assessors Plan 95, Lot 2) in a NB (“Neighborhood Business”) Zone in said Stoughton.
Any person desiring to receive further notice concerning this petition as provided by the General Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeal should file a written request containing his/her name and address with the Board.
